We will only accept cancellations within 72 hours of order confirmation is received.

Your order will be shipped within 5 business days of receiving your order confirmation.

Due to a general high increase on order volumes during holidays, peak seasons and new releases, the shipments may be delayed due to UPS or local carriers in your region. But usually, the shipments are mostly on time by UPS. (5-7 business days max.)

We will only accept shipments to a valid street address. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes in any country or region.

Yes! We ship worldwide. Although we try to offer free shipping to all, some countries will be subject to additional shipping fee.

Buyers are responsible for any customs/import taxes and fees. Depending on the total value of your order it may be subject to import tax and duty. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for more information.

We usually ship within 5 business days at max. All the orders are coming from Izmir, Turkey. Items usually arrive within 7 business days after it’s been shipped.

All you need is one or two nails on the wall depending on your item/set. All the hardware (saw tooth hangers on the back of the items) is included to hang. Easy peasy!

In the case of cargo damage, if you see any damage on the hard case item is shipped in, please make sure to file a report with the cargo employee immediately on arrival and do not accept the package. Let us know and provide us with the case details you’ve opened. We will take care of the rest. It will take some time before UPS evaluates the situation and will provide us with the results. (It may take up to 2-3 weeks before they refund us.) And after we can refund you for your order. You will get a complete refund for your order with no additional fees or costs.

If you receive the item with damage on the item inside but not on the outer hard case item is shipped in, please take a video of the unboxing showing how the item was packed when you were opening it, and the detailed photos of the damage to the item. Please provide us with these video & photos and file a case with UPS within 48 hours after the arrival. Please also provide us with the case number you’ve opened and please keep any packaging material and the item as it was received.

UPS will collect the item and the packaging for further investigation before deciding if it was their or user fault. We will handle the rest to get reimbursed by the cargo company. The case may take up to 2-3 weeks before completing in refund. Please make sure you don’t miss a step in this process as it may result in failure of refund.

As this might take a while before we can solve the situation, the best way to quickly solve this issue might be to hire a local handyman to fix the item so you can hang it as soon as possible to your home/living space. Even though it’s rare, we may experience cargo damage sometimes.

As we do our best to send items in a hard case to prevent such damage, usually these damages are easy to fix because of this hard case protecting the item. We can cover this handyman cost to help solve this situation, but keep in mind we can only pay up to %20 of the order value for this repair.

If you decide not to keep the artwork after receiving your order, please be sure that we do not accept cancellations after 72 hours after placing the order and before your item is shipped out. You can only get a full refund for cancellation without having to pay any fees/shipment costs.

If you decide not to keep your order after receiving it, please note that you will be responsible for return shipping cost and for the initial shipping of the item coming to you. We offer free shipping to our customers, but this is for the item coming to you in a single piece and if you keep the item. If you wish to send it back, you will have to cover both ways of the items travel. In these situations, we will refund you the amount after deducting both ways of shipment from the total order value. The refund will be issued when we receive the order.

As it is stated in our policies and F.A.Q., the import issues are in between buyers and their country’s customs office. If you do not wish to pay these fees that are not related to us, please keep in mind that you will be responsible for both ways of the shipment of the item as it will come back to us.

We will still issue you a refund when we receive the item back, but we will have to deduct both ways of shipment costs and refund you what is left from the total order value. Please keep in mind these international shipping costs are extremely high. We strongly advise you to check with your customs office before you place an order to avoid such costs.
